Elysian Privè ships to customers worldwide. We are proud to offer fast, reliable international shipping to most countries. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
SHIPPING TIMES
Standard shipping times by region:
- Australia: 7-15 business days
- United States: 10-20 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-18 business days
- Europe: 12-20 business days
- Rest of World: 15-25 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing in your country.
DISCREET PACKAGING
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Elysian Privè or the nature of the products inside. Your privacy is our absolute priority. Shipping labels will display a neutral sender name only.
TRACKING
All orders include a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website.
LIFE-SIZE DOLL SHIPPING
Please note that life-size dolls require special shipping due to their size and weight. The following applies to doll orders:
- Box dimensions are approximately 150-165cm in height and weigh approximately 35-40kg
- A signature is required upon delivery
- Shipping costs for dolls are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Delivery to some remote or residential addresses may require collection from a local depot
- Import duties and customs taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import duties depending on your country's regulations. Any applicable customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Elysian Privè is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
RESTRICTED COUNTRIES
Due to import regulations, we are unable to ship certain products to some countries. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions you will be notified and offered a full refund.
